Statement of Faith
At Highway Christian Community, our beliefs are founded on the timeless truths revealed in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments. We hold fast to these foundational principles, which guide our faith and shape our lives.
Authority of Scriptures
We believe in the divine inspiration and inerrancy of the Bible. It is not merely a collection of human writings, but the very Word of God. As such, we accept it as the supreme and final authority for all matters of faith and conduct.

Beliefs about God
We affirm the existence of one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This triune nature of God reveals His infinite love, wisdom, and power.
Beliefs about Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He is both fully God and fully man, the perfect embodiment of divine love and grace.

Beliefs about Salvation
We acknowledge that humanity, created in the image of God, has fallen from grace due to sin. The penalty of sin is both physical and spiritual death. Yet, through the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, salvation is freely offered to all who believe in Him. Through His atoning sacrifice, we are reconciled to God and granted eternal life.
Beliefs about the Church
We believe in the universal Church, comprising all believers across time and space. As members of the body of Christ, we are called to love one another, to serve in unity, and to proclaim the Gospel to all nations.

Beliefs about Church Governance and Ordinances
We uphold the importance of church governance guided by the principles outlined in the Scriptures. We recognize the ordinances of baptism and communion as symbols of our faith and participation in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
